Role and Responsibilities
o Ensuring in-line inspection projects are carried out according to the agreed scope, cost and
timing whilst complying with processes and procedures by leading the Operations
Department which consists of circa 30 employees.
o Leading the head of tool maintenance and field technicians for a vast range of tasks
including aspects of capacity planning, on-time delivery of fully functional tools and safe &
professional field operations.
o Ensuring that the Key Account Managers are getting the necessary technical advice and
documentation when preparing tenders from the Project Managers.
o Leading the assigned members of the relevant teams to ensure quality, on- time project
execution on site and on-time report delivery.
o Ensure close cooperation with different global departments of the group (eg. Tool Planning,
Global Application Engineering, IT) on all aspects of in-line inspection projects.
* Willingness to travel for regular project management supervision, customer visits and
corporate activities. Travel will mostly be domestic, however, from time to time international
travel may be required.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
o University degree in engineering in electronics, mechanics or civil and environmental
engineering or any compatible technical-related discipline.
o Minimum of 5 years within the pipeline inspection industry, or in a comparable service-
