Key Account Manager – ILI – Pipeline Jobs
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Key Account Manager due to expansion, with a remit to drive and manage sales and business development activities of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals.
o Supports sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
o Constantly monitor market analyses to determine customer needs, discount rates and price schedules.
o Support business development activity and coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
o Attending relevant trade association events to promote the company and products.
o Scheduling meetings with existing and potential clients to maintain relationships and negotiate deals.
o Working within a matrix structure ensuring accurate coordination between sales and other departments.
o Preparing accurate and thorough periodic sales report to share with the team.
o Have a full understanding of the activities and products of the competition.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree; or eight years sales experience within the pipeline industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
o Previous In Line Inspection and Ultrasonic experience within the pipeline industry.
o Must obtain and maintain a valid passport and driver’s license.
o Must successfully pass pre-employment testing and background screening.
